Specialists 'sell' themselves nowadays. I thought professionals like lawyers and doctors were not allowed to advertise their services.

Dr. Wong is a pretty good consultant, I would say. My son was treated by him for conjunctivitis earlier this month. Thank God he recovered in a matter of 2-3 days even though the doctor said the conjunctivitis might worsen and take two weeks to cure.
So, if you ask me, I would recommend Dr. Wong for your child's eye-related problem. ;)

You can try Eye Specialist Clinic Kok & Kok, 96 Jalan Gasing, 46000 Petaling Jaya, by Dr.Kok Howe Sen.
Having gone through a eye examination for my daughter early this month at WYCEC, Dr.Wong Yiing Cheong diagnosed she had retina detachment sympton and suggest to had argon laser without delayed. Without seeking a second opinion, my daughter had argon laser during the same time. But, the result was worsen than before, not because of money we spent, my daughter was suffer from dry eye and floaters. The next day, I bring my daughter to see Dr.Wong YC again, he suggest to had argon laser again because last time's laser seem not sufficient. Luckily, we never go for second time's treatment. Until I find Dr.Kok through my friend, after detail eye examination, we was told by Dr.Kok, he didn't found any retina break, and my daughter's retina was pretty healthy,the dryness of eye and floater were side effect from argon laser. We was regret for not seeking a second opinion that day.

Whoever you are, I think cupidlove.sharon was merely sharing her personal experience just as I shared mine with WYCEC. I'm sure you'd agree with me that there are no 'perfect' doctors - hence, the need for second opinion. Moreover, every customer has a right.
Nevertheless, if anyone were to ask me to recommend an eye specialist, I'd still say, 'WYCEC'!
We appreciate that you are giving eyecare facilities to the people.
There should be a regular eye check-up also besides all important precautions.
