IGP reportedly said, “We are here to protect the public. I would not do such a thing (manipulating the statistics) to meet the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set for the police in reducing crime. “I am aware that people are afraid and there
are crimes everywhere. We are working on it and if the people do not believe the statistics, then stop looking at them. Let’s work together to reduce crime.”
Sadly, a Good Samaritan died today while trying to stop two snatch thieves from fleeing the crime scene.
He worked alone.
Where were the police?
