This video was taken without changing default video settings.

Quality not as good as SE Xperia X10 mini pro.

Later learnt that I could change video settings and get better video quality.

 As far as I know, Singapore is known for her high level of customer service - hence, very customer-centric.

Is Garrett KLCC afraid of possibility that the photos taken will be used against them?

Apparently, 1 large size Chicago Mix (Caramel and Cheese corn) costs S$13.00 according to a blog post here but in Malaysia, it only costs RM26 or S$10.70 after conversion (as per my above picture).

(But then again, I may not be comparing apple to apple, so don't take my word for it).

Esplanade Presents @ The Concourse: Andy & Natalie C. Dizi and Guzheng Performance

Last Saturday, I happened to walk past behind the concourse of the Esplanade Singapore and heard beautiful music.

I stopped to look around and saw one blowing an instrument and another playing a keyboard.


So, I walked up the stairs that led to the concourse.

I was surprised to see a performance by a duo - a man playing what looked like traditional bamboo flutes and a woman playing the guzheng.

The music that they played was just too beautiful to not record it.

So, I decided to record the last song using my Xperia X10 mini pro.

‘Get permits for fireworks’

TANGKAK: Residents celebrating Chinese New Year in Ledang are urged to apply for police permits if they want to let off firecrackers and fireworks.

Speaking to some 20 Chinese community leaders in the district, Ledang police chief Supt Harun Idris said the “pop-pop” firecrackers which do not contain explosive materials do not need permits.

“However, those who want to celebrate the festive season with firecrackers and fireworks can apply for the permits,” he said at the Ledang police operations room on Friday.

Funny. I wonder why this short news report and why only the residents celebrating Chinese New Year (CNY) in Ledang were urged to 'get permit for fireworks'. No wonder I seemed to see and hear more firecrackers and fireworks being let off this year than last year.
