A laptop belonging to senior counsel Manjeet Singh Dhillion was stolen from his house in Kuala Lumpur today following a break-in and the lawyer believes him representing controversial private investigator P Balasubramaniam is the cause.
In a press statement late this evening, Manjeet said, "I have just been informed that my house in Kuala Lumpur has been broken into and the main item targeted and removed is my laptop.
I am flying back immediately from London to attend to this incident."
Manjeet (right) is currently in London to advise Bala following indications by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) that its officers would fly to London to interview Bala. The interview was in relation to two statutory declarations he made concerning Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and murdered Mongolian national Altantuya Shariibuu.
