I read ondscene. Apparently, there were two people in the Vios - Chen Yoke Xing, 24 years old and Chong Kar Jun, 17years old - one of them drove recklessly. Both of them are reported to be in critical condition and have been admitted to HUKMSC. An investigation will be conducted to determine if the driver was driving under the influence.
