The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has resorted to the analogy of the World Cup to exonerate itself of any involvement in the sudden death of DAP political aide Teoh Beng Hock. The analogy is based on the fact that four (other) pathologists (three government doctors and MACC-hired Dr Peter Venezis) have testified that Teoh was conscious when he fell. Thus, he was not murdered and this evidence should absolve the MACC of foul play.
So, there you have it! Case closed! So easy!
Teoh Beng Hock was conscious when he fell but what if he was thrown off the building by MACC officer(s) while he was still conscious? Is that also not another possible scenario?
