There is no clear evidence to show that the landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa was a result of human negligence, said Housing and Local Gov't Minister Ong Ka Chuan today...However, Ong said a meeting would be held this evening involving government agencies such as the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry, the Public Works Department and the local council to determine the real reason behind the landslip...Also, Parliament was told today, a total of 99 hillside projects had been approved by the Selangor gov't under then menteri besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo...According to Khalid, 21 of the on-going projects are under the jurisdiction of Ampang Jaya Municipal Council, with 10 in Bukit Antarabangsa - the upmarket suburb which was hit by a deadly landslide on Saturday - and 11 in nearby Taman Melawati...In the meantime, Malaysiakini reported that Govt spends RM6 mil on PM's official residence. I think there is no need to find out the real reason - it's pretty obvious with 99 hillside projects approved by the former S'gor gov't while Pak Lah lives luxuriously. It's all about money, isn't it? ;-)

obviously the 6mio/year (total 30mio since 2004) is not enough to create a comfortable residence that Bodohlah has to sleep in the public.
