According to The Free Dictionary, bedtime is a popular parenting tradition in the West that involves, to a greater or lesser extent, rituals made to help children feel more secure [1], and become accustomed to a comparatively more rigid schedule of sleep than they would sometimes prefer. It may involve stories, songs, nursery rhymes, and/or methods of coaxing the children into changing into their pajamas.
Most of the time, Janson's bedtime involve mah mah, sometime mommy...For me, almost every night, Janson and I youtube his favourite songs like 'How much is that doggie in the window?' and 'Big red car'. Then, he will go into the room with mah mah or mommy.
Last Saturday night, I carried him into the room, then mah mah followed. After a while, I left the room and close the door. Then, I heard him calling, 'Daddy...daddy.' So, I went into the room again to spend some time with him until he was about to fall asleep...
