about the organic smoothie from Ella, do note the content of sugar that is in the smoothie. Recent report said that there is more sugar in a smoothie than normal fruits.This can cause caries etc.

there is also a report on a study that finds organic food not healthier.
so...what now?
have our own farm, grow vegetables and rear animals. then, we shall have 100% original authentic food. 8D
