Though I had been to Menara Standard
Chartered (SCB) located at Jalan Sultan Ismail a few times during my course of
work, I never realised until early this month that there was a restaurant right beside a ramp
leading up to the first level-car park.
Actually, it's right smack between the ramp and a Tenaga Nasional (TNB) station.

My late lunch at 4:28 PM. Milo 'O' for RM1.80 and Maggi Goreng, RM3.80.
Clean and bright indoor.

The restaurant is deep 'inside' beside the TNB station that is behind the 7-Eleven store.
