Calvary's Love

That was the title of the sermon on Good Friday.

1. The Passion of His Death
Jesus suffered and died on the cross - this is a historical fact.

2. The Purpose of His Death
He was pierced and crushed for our sins on the cross that we might be free from and be saved.
He was wounded that we might be healed of sicknesses.
He died on the cross that the blessing of Abraham can flow to us.

3. The profits of His death
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
