In his police report against Chan Lilian, Tony Yew alleged that Chan's
tweet contained seditious elements, which directly incited Christians
to go against the government for alleged persecution and as
a citizen who also professes the Christian faith, he was of the opinion
that the action of the individual behind this twitter ID had the ability
to threaten the security of the nation. This was followed by a blog post titled 'Don't push it', where
Yew lamented that he had seen Chan's tweet being retweeted and was
disappointed that there were people out there happy to spread the word. Yew had asked in his blog, "What
more if you work for a chief minister? Should we, the rest of us who
want to move forward just stand by on the side and hope that the best
prevail?"
I bet Tony Yew has not lodged a single police report against Ibrahim Ali who, as a Member of Parliament and an elected individual representing all Malaysians, had incited racial hatred many times!
As a concerned citizen of Malaysia, Tony should lodge a police report against Ibrahim and all the more so if
he professes the Christian faith.
Isn't inciting one party against another party EVIL?!
