Now even govt complex is not safe! Who says there is a drop in crime rate?!

Man stabbed at govt complex

KUCHING: A man in his 20s was attacked by seven men at a government complex in Petra Jaya while he was chatting with his cousin.
The incident happened at around 2am yesterday when seven men and a woman confronted the man and his female cousin and started attacking him with motorcycle helmets and broken bottles.
One of the attackers stabbed the victim in the abdomen. The group then fled.
The cousin, who was unhurt, drove the man to the Sarawak General Hospital emergency unit where he was admitted. He is reported to be in stable condition.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 24 (Bernama) -- The out-of-the-box measures and approaches under the National Key Result Areas' initiatives have contributed to a drop in crime rate in the country in the first eight months of 2010, which has indeed brought relief to the people.
