Not long ago, I learnt from two colleagues that besides the universal understanding of WTF acronym, it could also mean:
1. What Time Finish? (This definition comes from a joke that tells of a father asking a child what WTF means. Not wanting the father to know its real meaning, the child says, 'What Time Finish'.)
2. Where To Find (commonly used in forums if one wants to find stuff)
Now WTF has a whole new meaning!

The CIA has launched a task force to assess the impact of the exposure of thousands of U.S. diplomatic cables and military files by WikiLeaks. Officially, the panel is called the WikiLeaks Task Force. But at CIA headquarters, it's mainly known by its all-too-apt acronym: W.T.F.
