For lack of or no communication between the administration of UKMSC (private wing of HUKM) and the Klinik O&G (goverment wing), we had a frustrating time before the 4D scan. By right, we did not need to wait as our appointment had been pre-arranged but we ended up waiting for close to 40 minutes.
Finally, after we were 'cleared' at the counter of Klinik O&G, we were allowed to enter the room for scanning. Throughout the almost-half-an-hour scanning, we could see almost every part of the baby - the heart (in good shape), fingers, feet, backbone, head and face! (see pic).
Nevertherlesss, the scan couldn't detect the private part as baby's legs and feet were closed up.
All in all, we were satisfied with the scan though we didn't know the baby's sex. Moreover, it only cost us RM100, thanks in part to our gynae, Professor Paul. Thus, a further RM20 discount! Yay!
