Six of us (Amanda, Andrew, Brenda, William, MJ and I) had Taiwanese steamboat dinner last Sunday at Tian Xiang Restaurant at 318, Jalan Pudu.
Andrew, being the 'regular' there, recommended the restaurant. Moreover, he had some vouchers to 'dispose of' though he wanted to 'cash back'. *Joshua shaking his head*
Anyway, the purpose was to fellowship and to celebrate Andrew's and MJ's b-day.
To me, the food was not bad but the service so-so. Reason being there was this lady (perhaps in her 50s) who kept promoting and trying to make us buy vouchers. She came to our table before, during and after dinner for at least 10 times, each time trying to convince us to buy.
Cost per head: RM50. According to Andrew, you need to be ready to pay that amount when dining there. I think RM50 is for a decent meal. Right, Andrew?
