UPDATED 5PM In what appears to be a never ending saga, Samy Vellu and his nemesis are at loggerheads again.
The president said MIED and Aimst were non-governmental organisations set up in his personal capacity in a report which appeared in Malaysiakini last week
The report was the cause of the rift between Subramaniam and Samy with the former dismissing this as a blatant lie, saying it only confirmed rumours that the latter was planning to hijack the immensely valuable organisations held in trust for the party.
The bane of race-based politics...MCA has its PKFZ scandal...MIC now in this MIED 'scandal'. ;-)
