UPDATED 8.20PM The by-election has come at the right time for the Lukut Tamil school which has been operating in a shoplot.
Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Sungai Salak, which has been operating from a two-storey shoplot for the third year, has received a one-hectare plot of land from the government for a school building to be ready in 12 months.
