Irene Fernandez, Tenaganita director, gives Hishammuddin Hussein a lecture on the rising number of abuse cases among domestic workers.
Fernandez lambasted the home minister for claiming that the recent case of domestic help Mautik Hani who died as a result of abuse by her employers was the first of its kind in the country.
According to her, over the last three years, Tenaganita handled 273 cases with over 2,184 human rights violations committed by the employers and the recruiting agencies
