Lim said the unlawful issuance of Letters of Support by the transport minister concerned resulted in the decision to retrospectively validate that RM4.6 billion bond by the cabinet, but up till now, for more than two years, the Malaysian public and Parliament had not been told the truth.
So, the cabinet made the decision despite the unlawful issuance of Letters of Support and concealed the truth up till now.
