Excerpt from the above article:
Federal Court judge Tan Sri James
Foong, read out from his BlackBerry:
“June 24 2009. A male was taken into
custody by the MACC. (The) IC was kept
until July 1. (A report) of assault was
made over the period to the police.
Injuries confirmed. Instruments, leaving
significant bruises.
“A male was arrested, and his IC was
kept. (He was) released on July 7 by
Hairul and Ashraf and others. (A)
complaint (was lodged on) July 9.
Hospital reports multiple abrasions and
bruises.”
BUT...
Hairul had earlier testified that
although he had heard of investigations
on Ashraf for the use of violence, he
believed they only emerged after Teoh
died.
There is more and more 'evidence' that MACC is 'nothing but a pack of wolves'.
