Tun,Indeed, blog has proven to be the 'hi-tech' media that provides the 'high touch'. In this case, Dr M can get the people's response instantly, something that the print media cannot do.
My race is Chinese. So what? There are many Malaysians like me who no longer care about their countries of origin.
You said, 'It is only in Malaysia that people of immigrant origins, so identified by their insistence on being linked race-wise with their countries of origin, are actually accepted as citizens.' Only in Malaysia? How about America?
Tun, your Vision 2020 of a 'Bangsa Malaysia', is or was it real or merely a political propanganda?
Please, Tun. Do all Malaysians a big favour. Stop talking about race, not even Malays, Chinese or Indians.
Start talking about how to build Malaysia. You led the nation for 22 years. You are more Malaysian than all of us. Thank you, Tun.

u r a former prime minister of malaysia and u r a leader to all malaysian and not just a leader for malays only.think rationally think logically did the arabs,indons,banglas,pakistanis and other muslim countries fought for the independence of malaya from d british.it is the chinese and indians together with d malays fought for it by following gandhis ahimsa way nobody can deny this.but what is happening in malaysia now foreigners r given first choice in many of d available jobs in malaysia like in factories,farmings,restaurants and many contract works.what about malaysian of chinese indians even malays are r not given job in some industries in malaysia they prefer indon and other foreigners did ur goverment and d present take a series look into it,even a kindergarden child can say no!.tun ur talking about hindraf,did u forget in your time indian been marginalised alot than any other PM before.for example in estates when new management take over or bought the estates indians will become d victims of d new bosses to make more money they will go after foreign workers for more cheep labour.what happend to the fate of the indians.did ur goverment or the present government do anything to d indians so they are well prepared to to stand against any situation they face in future,the government under u and badawi did nothing to them.they were left in d dark and no place to go.you all never bothered about them.is it not etnic cleansing.ancestors of indians and chinese work hard for the development of modern malaysia together with d malays.But in many places foreign workers are given more prefrences than locals is it not etnic cleansing.Tun stop putting someone in ISA if they speak d truth,open your eyes look every malaysian as your children pity to them.Dont refer them by race,see them as gods children who need help last remember not arabs indons banglas or pakistanis fought for the independence of. malaya
