Where is Section 19?
I was in KL recently for a short visit. Stayed in PJ Hilton and so went to eat Penang Har Mee near State Cinema, very delicious. Also tried the other stalls in the coffee shop, food was alright.
Used to frequent that part of town during my student days. Traffic there now is horrible, not pedestrian-friendly at all!

Section 19 is next to Section 14 that is nearby PJ Hilton...a 30-min stroll.
Oh...I didn't even know abt the Penang Har Mee at State Cinema...hehe...food was alright and reasonably priced? 8>
Oh, yeah. Bad traffic is the norm.
I think the Har Mee was $4.50 a bowl.Quite reasonably priced as a similar bowl in Sydney would cost about M$27. The location of the coffee shop is just opposite the 'Putra' tower.
As an ex-Penangnite, I would say that the standard was above average. You should try it, Josh and let me know your verdict. I also tried the Fish porridge in a claypot and found it very tasty.
Also enjoyed the fresh fruit stall outside. Papaya, nangka, star fruit, pineapple, chiku and rojak, yummy. Do miss local fruit alot when you live overseas. Of course, ate alot of durians too. Surprised to see so many Burmese working in the coffee shop. Seemed to be very hard-working.
Talking about the congested traffic and grossly inadequate pedestrian crossing, on many occassions, I had to run very fast to cross the road. Very dangerous and scary!
