UPDATED 6.42PM DAP state reps were made to sign a contract in 2008 which stipulated a RM5 million penalty if they were to defect.
DAP is contemplating legal action against two state assemblypersons who quit the party to compel them to resign from their posts and pay RM5 million in compensation as a penalty, as stipulated in a contract signed in 2008.
