Selangor PAS youth chief Hasbullah Ridzwan was arrested by police for allegedly failing to disperse when ordered to do so at last night's Pakatan Rakyat Yahudi dan Judi (Jews and gambling) talk in Batu Caves.
Contacted by Malaysiakini late last night, Hasbullah said he was arrested, at around 8pm while gathering with about 20 others in the compound of the Muhibbah Complex Hall in Taman Bolton, for allegedly obstructing police officers from discharging their duties.
Arrested along with Hasbullah were three of the Islamic party's local grassroots leaders - Syarhan Humaizi Halim, Damanhuri Dol and Afyan Mat Rawi.
The quartet were brought to the Gombak police district headquarters before being released on bail at around 11.50pm.
