No evidence of corruption in KSSB: Selcat committee

UPDATED 5.55PM After three days of hearing, the committee finds that there is no evidence of graft but believes there was mismanagement.

The Selangor legislative assembly select committee on competency, accountability and transparency (Selcat) panel has found no basis in the evidence to substantiate allegations of corruption in the state government-owned sand mining company Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd.

After three days of public hearings, Selcat chairperson Teng Chang Khim the findings did not throw up sufficient evidence of graft.
