Yesterday, Kuala Lumpur High Court judge justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah rejected two oral applications by Karpal - one was to call star witness and complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan and DPP Farah Azlina Latif to take the witness stand over their alleged affair and possible leakage of vital documents and evidence while the other was to cross-examine DPP Mohd Hanafiah Zakaria to answer allegations testing his credibility when he was alleged to have flouted syariah laws with his second marriage done in Thailand.
