During the cross-examination by MACC prosecution head Abdul Razak Musa (left), Razak asked if Pornthip if she had experienced jumping off a building as she had testified that the body was found further from the building than in the usual case of suicide by jumping. Then Malik stood up to say that Razak was trying to put words into Pornthip's mouth and added, "The way he is asking questions makes us want to jump off ourselves!"Razak put it to Pornthip that her opinion was different from that of the other four doctors who were present during the second autopsy and said, "One against four..."
Pornthip responded by saying, "You have to respect the judge (coroner) who will make the decision. Razak answered, "We work on majority."
Better for Abdul Razak Musa to jump off the building than to be alive and make a fool of himself!
