Mecca's Giant Clock, The World's Biggest, Starts Ticking On Ramadan

Islam's holy month of Ramadan is a lot about the calendar and the clock. The world's biggest clock began ticking in Mecca this week, to signal the beginning of Ramadan. It took 90 million pieces of colored glass mosaic to cover its tower. Green and white lights flash five times daily as a reminder to pray.
