Government agencies 'were not neutral' 'We have the evidence, witnesses'
Convention director Khairuddin Abdul Malik said: “Government agencies which should have acted neutrally to safeguard the interests of the people had opted to assist Barisan Nasional through illegal means to achieve its takeover of the Perak government.”
Asked if he expects the federal government to give in to a demand which may implicate it, Khairuddin said: “The government called for a royal commission into the (‘black eye’) incident involving Anwar Ibrahim and (into) the VT Lingam case.
