The Court of Appeal will hear on May 21 Zambry Abd Kadir's appeal against the High Court decision in declaring his rival Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin as the rightful Perak menteri besar.
Lawyers for Nizar told malaysiakini today that the appeal date has been informed to both parties.
However the panel of judges that will be hearing the case is still unknown.
Also on the same day, the Court of Appeal will be hearing an application by Nizar to set aside a stay order obtained by Zambry against the High Court ruling.

Why coincide is anyone's guess but one thing for sure we know the judge who gave Zambry the stay order. His name is Ramly, the one whose name is linked to the explosive VK Lingam's tape on the fixing of judges.

Is there any reason why we should not perceive that justice is not seen to be done by the judiciary since the exposure of VK Lingam's conversation? So, yes. I believe in the end, Zambry will be the impostor MB until the next snap elections. Hopefully not the next general elections.
