Ok lah, at least we've been given at least a 3-and-a-half-month notice before the price increase. Perhaps, I should start to store up petrol in the house.

The scoundrel trying to cheat the people. Subtle way of increasing the price by introducing a lower grade fuel to people at slightly cheaper price but remember the previous lower grade was 5 cent cheaper. Do they think people are stupid?
