The police are investigating how parts of the sex video (a 1:47 minute-long video reportedly an edited version of a longer recording shown to a group of reporters and interested parties on March 21) purportedly depicting Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim had been uploaded on YouTube and posted on various blogs since yesterday.
Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Ismail Omar confirmed that the investigation would include the people behind the uploading and posting and said that the police would investigate extensively when when asked by reporters at a press conference in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
